Abstract

Abstract preparation

The Organizing Committee invites you to submit the abstracts for oral or poster presentations on the following categories

 

  • A. Preharvest & harvest technology
  • B. Postharvest loss
  • C. Postharvest physiology & disorder
  • D. Postharvest technology
  • E. Postharvest pathology
  • F. Packaging
  • G. Fresh-cut & food processing
  • H. Quality & food safety
  • I. Bioactive compounds
  • J. Nondestructive technology
  • K. Value chain
  • L. Others

 

All abstracts submitted must be original work and not previously presented in any form at other symposia. Abstracts should be a maximum of 300 words.

 

Your abstracts will be submitted to the Scientific Committee for evaluation and presenters will be notified regarding to the status of their abstracts (oral or poster presentation) and date of presentation. The committee may request some papers nominated for oral presentation by authors to be presented as posters.

ISHS student awards

During each ISHS Symposium two student awards will be given:

  • ∙ one award for the best oral presentation given by a student who is in the same time the presenter and first author of the submitted manuscript
  • ∙ one award for the best poster presented by a student who is first author of the work
